1. Acceptance
By creating an account or applying to a cohort, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Course Access
Access to course content and laboratory environments is granted only to enrolled students in good standing for the duration of their cohort, and may be revoked for violations of the Academic Integrity Policy or these Terms.
3. Laboratory Use
Cloud laboratory environments are provided for coursework only. You may not use them for unrelated computation, to circumvent usage limits, or to attempt unauthorized access to underlying infrastructure. Sessions are subject to automatic idle shutdown and maximum duration limits.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials - lectures, notes, quizzes, and assignments - are the property of SimLab Academy and may not be redistributed without permission. Your own submitted work remains yours.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Academic Integrity Policy.
